Tele caller / Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller & Admission Counsellor to join our academic team. You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through our NEET, JEE, and tuition programs, helping them make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote NEET, JEE, and tuition courses
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and fees
• Counsel students based on their academic background, goals, and interests
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth admission and onboarding
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and admissions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. (Hindi, Urdu is a plus).
• Ability to build rapport and counsel students effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
• Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or education sales is preferred
• Knowledge of NEET, JEE, and school-level academics is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
