Key Responsibilities:
- Install and fit steel doors, frames, locks, handles, and related hardware.
- Take accurate site measurements for proper fitting.
- Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and smooth functioning of doors.
- Conduct testing to ensure doors meet safety and quality standards.
- Repair, replace, and maintain steel doors and hardware as needed.
- Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and clients for smooth workflow.
- Follow safety standards and use proper tools and equipment responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills & Qualifications
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding machines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in different site conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SSLC/ITI or equivalent qualification in mechanical/fitting/fabrication.
Work Environment:
- Site-based work (residential, commercial, and industrial projects).
- Requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- May involve travel to multiple locations.
