What You’ll Be Doing:

* Planning, organizing, writing, and editing a variety of customer documentation.
* Collaborating with engineers to understand product functionalities and features.
 * Creating user manuals, reference guides, and online help content in various formats.
* Ensuring documentation is accurate, clear, and comprehensive.
 * Maintaining and updating existing documentation to reflect product updates.
 * Utilizing authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen to produce high-quality content.

What You’ll Need:

 * Degree or masters in electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines. Other technical disciplines considered.
 * 3-5 years of technical writing experience in the software or hardware industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with strong logical reasoning.
 * Proficiency with authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen.
 * Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
