As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the global Solutions team based in Bangalore, and work closely with several teams such as Product and Engineering, in addition to all other departments within Lifesight.
You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. This plays a major part in your goal towards successful client onboarding, implementation of Lifesight's solutions, help identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, maintaining Client's satisfaction and trust. Most importantly, you will get the unique opportunity to work on an industry defining well funded product and get to truly drive its adoption & success.
Key Responsibilities
● Interface with customers and understand their pain points and gaps in the current marketing measurements stack.
● Work closely with the sales and account management team and understand the success criteria established for successful POC’s.
● Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients globally, ensuring optimal use of our measurement platform and services.
● Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks.
● Enable your client’s decision making and ensure they are set up for success by testing and validating their set-up.
● Troubleshoot complex issues by using internal and external tools.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues and implement custom solutions.
● Escalate complex technical issues directly to our product managers and engineers; provide ideas for optimization and improvement to the relevant teams.
Requirements
● Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies as well as marketing technologies or similar companies within the SaaS industry.● Experience in working with teams across multiple time zones.
● Experience using communication, productivity and collaboration apps like JIRA & Confluence, Figma, Slack, etc.
● Website development experience, publishing websites to the stores, working with Javascript SDKs etc. is a plus.
● Development experience, experience in building scripts and tooling (Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.
● Knowledge of Google Cloud (BigQuery, Log Explorer, Data Studio, etc.) or AWS (S3, Athena, etc) is a plus.
Must Have
● 2-5 years of hands-on implementation / solutioning experience in a B2B SaaS organisation.
● Experience / Good understanding of working with Tag Managers (client and server-side tagging).
● Working knowledge of SQL, Relational Databases & Tables, Restful APIs, GraphQL, SQL & Webhooks.
● Critical thinking & excellent problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills and attention to details.
