Organization: The Organisation Harley’s Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management. Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (Preferred)
Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience into customer-facing role with relevant experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) service, restaurants, hotels, fine dining, or retail F&B setups.
Job Role: As a Team Member – Café Operations at Harley’s Fine Baking, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium café environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling café operations such as order taking, serving, beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role requires a friendly personality, attention to detail, and passion for food & hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming and professional attitude
- Take and process customer orders accurately (cakes, beverages, snacks, etc.)
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) and assist in food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area, tables, and service counters
- Handle billing and cash/UPI/card transactions efficiently
- Ensure stock availability of café items (cups, napkins, takeaway boxes, etc.)
- Assist in display and replenishment of cakes, desserts, and bakery items
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI guidelines
- Support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of café/restaurant operations

- Basic cash handling and POS system operation skills
