Role Overview:
The Team Member – Business Insights will support analytics and decision-making by developing dashboards, conducting data analysis, and generating actionable insights. The role is key to enabling a data-driven culture and improving business performance across telecom and cloud verticals.
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
7+ years (with at least 5 years in analytics role or business intelligence)
- Exposure to telecom domain is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, Data Science, or related field) preferred.
- Certifications in data analytics/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced analytics (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Extract, clean, and interpret data to derive trends and insights.
Business Problem Solving
Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical problems.
Contribute to initiatives like churn analysis, usage tracking, and campaign performance.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work cross-functionally to define KPIs and metrics.
Maintain structured documentation for data models and business insights.
Align business insights strategy with enterprise goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
Data Quality & Integrity
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance protocols.
Work with the Data Office to align with enterprise data quality and security standards.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., DPDP, TRAI guidelines).
Insight Generation
Deliver real-time, self-service dashboards and deep-dive analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership (CFO, CTO, CEO) to drive product, pricing, and operational strategy.
