Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Male Team Coordinator to manage and support our call center team based in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the call center team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate key issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Handle team queries and resolve escalations efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirements).
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
- Prior experience in a team handling or coordinator role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
