We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook to prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes using a traditional clay tandoor oven. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marinating, seasoning, and cooking meats, breads, and vegetables with authentic flavors while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes such as tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, and other specialty items.
- Marinate meats, fish, and vegetables according to authentic recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection with correct timing and temperature control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area and adhere to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on tandoor cooking techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
