Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Invoices: Creating and issuing invoices to customers using Tally software.
- Recording Transactions: Entering billing and payment details into Tally for accurate record-keeping.
- Managing Accounts Receivable: Tracking outstanding payments and following up with customers.
- Reconciling Bank Statements: Comparing bank transactions with accounting records.
- Generating Reports: Producing billing summaries, aging reports, and other financial reports as needed.
- GST Compliance: Calculating and recording GST on invoices and ensuring timely filing of GST returns.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping organized records of all billing-related documents and transactions.
- Client Communication: Addressing billing inquiries and resolving any discrepancies with clients.
- Using Tally Software: Proficiently using Tally software for all billing and accounting tasks.
- Excel Skills: Often required to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
