About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in technical hiring and US hiring for Non-IT roles across mid-to-senior levels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end to end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps) and US-based Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Operations, Customer Support, HR, Finance).
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search).
Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidates' fitment, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and skill gaps.
Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high candidate experience.
Handle US time-zone hiring coordination and ensure compliance with US labor market norms and practices.
Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition, with recent exposure to both Technical Hiring and US Non-IT Hiring.
Strong understanding of hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and market insights in the US geography.
Proven track record of handling multiple requisitions and closing roles within deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with various ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.
