Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the organization. This position is fully remote, requiring excellent communication, sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
- Use various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media to source and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or corporate HR setting.
