Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with potential candidates. This role is crucial in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organisational needs. The Recruiter will leverage various tools and platforms, including ATS systems like Taleo and PeopleSoft, as well as social media management for lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilise various platforms, including Salesforce and Workday, to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within HRIS systems.
- Manage job postings across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding.
- Engage in lead generation activities through social media management to expand the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of hiring processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems for managing employee data and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
