Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job role requirements.
- Create and post job openings across platforms to attract quality talent.
- Maintain candidate database and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Organize and schedule internal training sessions in coordination with team leads.
- Prepare training materials and track completion and feedback.
- Maintain recruitment and training reports for HR records and audits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and basic HR functions as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
