About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates across various functions while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
- Use job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking database
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a database of potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Generate recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and support HR documentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized university (MBA in HR preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general MS Office tools
- Familiar with sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
