Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Power BI or Tableau.
- Design, create and deploy reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
- Reporting:
- Create regular reports for stakeholders, including executive summaries and detailed data analysis.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver data solutions tailored to their needs.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough validation and regular data quality checks.
- Manage databases and data models to support analytical needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI / Tableau and Python.
- Proven track record of working with large and complex data sets.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with hands-on experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
- Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and managing data.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
- Certification in Tableau/ Power BI will be a plus.
- No constraint on working from ODC – if there is a client ask.
