- Warehouse and logistics: Coordinate warehousing, storage, and distribution.
3. Distribution and Delivery:
- Logistics coordination: Plan and execute the movement of goods efficiently.
- Delivery management: Monitor delivery processes and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordination with stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on supply chain goals.
4. Analysis and Optimization:
- Data analysis: Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
