Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage a team of elevator technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to ensure smooth elevator operations.
- Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, company quality standards, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with clients, builders, and architects.
- Maintain detailed reports of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and service history.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve skills and performance.
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, and supervision (mandatory)
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of various elevator systems (MRL, passenger lifts, home lifts, goods lifts).
- Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel within the city as required
