We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production operators. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, monitoring productivity, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators on the shop floor.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to meet production targets.
- Monitor machine operations and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
