- Conducted in-depth legal research on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) compliance, applicable provisions under the Companies Act, 2013, and associated CSR rules.
- Assisted in identifying eligible CSR activities and preparing compliance checklists for partner organizations and companies.
- Drafted and reviewed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between companies and NGOs for CSR collaborations, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Supported the legal team in preparing legal notices, agreements, and basic contractual documentation.
- Participated in due diligence of implementing partners to assess eligibility and legal risks.
- Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to streamline documentation and approval workflows.
