- Program Structure
Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (Week 1–2)
- Company & product orientation
- Sales & CRM training
- On-ground strategy introduction
Phase 2: Field Execution & Performance (Week 3 onwards)
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₹40,000
- Convert verified leads and maintain reporting
- Participate actively in society, corporate, and clinic activations
- Stipend Details
- Fixed Component: ₹5,000/month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000/month
- Total Potential Earnings: ₹15,000/month
- Certification & Placement Criteria
Interns who:
✔ Complete all 6 active months
✔ Meet performance benchmarks in at least 4 months
✔ Maintain active field participation & regular reporting
