We're currently looking for a Student Relationship Officer who will be the first point of contact for students and ensure an enriching, supportive, and seamless student journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular interaction and support.
- Act as a bridge between students and the academic/administration departments.
- Address student queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Guide students on course structures, schedules, career support, and institute resources.
- Assist in student onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor student satisfaction and proactively resolve issues affecting their experience.
- Coordinate with faculty and counselors for timely intervention and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student communication and updates.
- Participate in events, seminars, and open-house activities to represent the student support wing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Communication, or related fields).
- 1-2+ year of experience in student relationship management, or academic administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi , English and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy-driven approach.
- Problem-solving attitude with a student-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during academic cycles.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an educational setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems.
- Basic understanding of the education ecosystem in Kolkata.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
