Position Overview :
We are looking for a Student Affairs Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. This role involves administrative coordination, student support, project implementation, and effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, fluency in English and French, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, student-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, technology, and project support for daily activities.
- Coordinate student support services, including course registration, orientations, newsletters, and program documentation.
- Implement and track student outcome initiatives, strategic projects, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and stakeholders to resolve student concerns.
- Manage communication with students, parents, employers, and institutional partners.
- Foster an inclusive, student-centered environment for learners from diverse backgrounds.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- A passion for student engagement and service excellence.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
