Key responsibilities:

• Originating financing trades in North India Market
• To work closely with Sales/Coverage and Origination and helps deliver bespoke credit solutions
• Structuring financing trades

• Will have responsibility for meeting set P&L targets

• Responsibility for monitoring ongoing trades and be involved in the creation / review of term sheets, deal execution materials and de-risking materials

• Will also have responsibility obtaining relevant internal approvals
• Track latest developments in the industry / financial markets and identify any financing opportunities for DB to participate

• Conduct due diligence on the underlying companies

• Assist in de-risking / sell down to potential investors
