Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive for our premium optical outlets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or inside sales and be skilled at assisting walk-in clients, understanding their needs, and recommending high-end optical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store with a warm, professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical products (frames, lenses, accessories).
- Provide product information, explain specifications, and upsell where appropriate.
- Handle billing and maintain sales records.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Follow up on potential leads and build lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or inside store sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart and well-groomed with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
