Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, good communication, and convincing skills with at least 1 years of experience in in-store sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to boost sales
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Maintain the store display and cleanliness
- Handle billing and customer queries professionally
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store or retail sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office)
- Team player with a goal-driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
