Job Summary:
The Grocery Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring efficient management of inventory, staff, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain a smooth-running store.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory control measures.
2. Staff Management:
- Supervise and train store staff, including cashiers, stockers, and sales associates.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address staff concerns.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance shopping experience.
4. Store Operations:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including security and safety protocols.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
5. Sales and Promotions:
- Implement sales promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Loss Prevention:
- Implement measures to prevent shoplifting, stock loss, and other forms of inventory shrinkage.
- Conduct regular security audits and investigations.
Requirements:
1. Experience:*l 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a grocery store setting.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
3. *Education:* Graduate degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
