Position – Store In-charge
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualifications – Any degree or related field.
Experience - 4+ year preferred.
Age - Between 25 to 32
Location: GRS Fantasy Park, Mysore
Responsibilities –
· Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
· Manage inventory, stock levels, and conduct regular stock audits.
· Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff effectively.
· Ensure excellent service and handle complaints promptly.
· Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
· Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate records.
· Implement proper stock receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures.
· Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
· Prepare reports on store operations, expenses, and stock movements.
