Job Description

• We are seeking four dedicated and reliable Store Helpers to join our team across multiple locations. These roles are essential for the smooth operation of our car dealership's parts and accessories stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Assist with the receiving, sorting, and stocking of new inventory, including vehicle parts, accessories, and other store supplies.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack parts and accessories for various departments, including the service center and sales team.
• Store Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored.
• Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining stock records and preparing inventory reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store supervisor and other team members to ensure all operational needs are met efficiently.
• Customer Service: Provide support to the sales and service teams by quickly and accurately retrieving requested items.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good physical stamina to handle lifting and moving items.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or retail environment is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
