Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor product display and merchandising standards.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and supply chain for replenishment.
- Maintain daily sales reports and documentation.
- Support team members and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail or store environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
