Job Title: Store & Dispatch Executive
Department: Stores / Logistics
Reports to: Store Manager / Logistics Head
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in designated areas.
- Maintain stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Inventory Control
- Update inventory records in ERP/stock register daily.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain records of damaged, returned, or defective goods.
- Dispatch Operations
- Prepare and pack goods for dispatch as per order requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery.
- Generate and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, etc.).
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain inward/outward register.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and dispatch reports.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with sales, purchase, and production teams for order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in store and dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and dispatch procedures.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse/Factory setting.
- Requires physical movement and occasional lifting of goods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,389.31 - ₹27,419.19 per month
Work Location: In person
