- Patient Monitoring:Continuously observe and assess patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
- Medication Administration:Administer prescribed medications, including intravenous fluids, and manage medication dosages based on patient response.
- Medical Procedures:Assist with or perform procedures such as inserting IV lines, drawing blood, and administering oxygen therapy.
- Treatment Plan Implementation:Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement and adjust patient care plans.
- Emergency Response:Be prepared to respond to急救 상황, providing life-saving interventions and stabilizing patients.
- Patient and Family Support:Offer emotional support to patients and their families during a stressful time.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in the patient's condition.
- Equipment Management:Operate and monitor various medical equipment used in the ICU, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
