Staff Augmentation Executive:
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDE ( Staff Augmentation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services or staff augmentation, with a proven ability to build client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation & Resource Outsourcing.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT services, staffing, or staff augmentation sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with US/UK/Global IT staffing market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
