JOB DESCRIPTION:
Programme Planning:
- Contribute to the preparation of Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly plan
- Prepare the Plan & Schedule of Activities / Games to be conducted throughout the year (Month-wise) during Training session and submit the plan to the supervisor
- Plan the Events Calendar along with the Supervisor for the entire year
Trainings Management:
- Coordinate and call Schools’ Principals, Physical Education Teachers, Parents, Beneficiaries for the information regarding the entire year's Programme information
- Obtain Consent from parents prior to the Nutrition (prior & post Sports Training sessions) being provided to the beneficiaries [ for offline and online mode]
- Call beneficiaries one day prior to commencement of sessions
- Distribute Tabs, Ensure Phones of beneficiaries are recharged before Trainings
- Coordinate for processing of Phone recharge bills of beneficiaries with the Accounts / Finance Team
- Visit Schools for Nutrition programme delivery distribution after sessions
- Conduct Pre-Assessment and Post Training Assessment and Nutrition provided, for each beneficiary, for Team leaders to analyse trends of improvement w.r.t height, weight, push-up numbers etc
- Conduct fitness and yoga sessions for beneficiaries (40 sessions across 6 months)
- Conduct Life Skills sessions in schools for the overall development of the beneficiaries
- Identify new games (that can be played between training sessions) to ensure that beneficiaries are completely engaged
- Conduct Parents' meeting [offline mode: in schools] to understand reasons for non-attendance of beneficiaries for scheduled Training sessions [ online mode: done over Zoom meetings / phone calls]
- Collect Training Feedback after each session conducted and enter data into the report, which is submitted in Feedback Report to the Supervisor
- Maintain the Travel sheet for Field work travel [offline mode]
- Write success stories of beneficiaries who have benefitted from the programme and performed well [both - offline and online mode]
Events Management:
- Plan for events w.r.t coordination with beneficiaries and school staff [ offline mode: intimate the school staff in advance about conducting the event in the school ground for instance during Yoga day]
- Conduct associated quiz / engagement activities along with celebration of main events
- Coordinate with Team Leader for successfully executing the Corporate Challenge League (CCL) [ offline mode :11 players from each Team to participate in Little Masters Champions (LMC)] [ online mode : uploading videos of activities and upload on the Drive, and allocate associated points & announce winners]
- Conduct Parents' meeting [offline mode : in schools] to understand reasons for non-attendance of beneficiaries for scheduled Events [ online mode : over Zoom meetings / phone calls ]
- Arrange to send gifts to the winner of 'Player of the Month' activity [ offline mode : in the school | online mode : send gifts to the winning beneficiary's house]
- Prepare Event Report and submit the same to Supervisors
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain beneficiaries' data (especially during Pandemic / Online mode of operations)
- Update and maintain the Inventory Excel sheet regarding distribution of Inventory for related Trainings (school-wise)
- Update and maintain the Inventory Excel sheet regarding distribution of Inventory for related Events (school-wise)
- Maintain Excel Sheet regarding Nutrition Data statistics (school-wise)
- Update and maintain Mobile Recharge data in Excel Sheet
- Update and maintain Attendance Sheets post each Training Session / Event / Activity
- Update and maintain the Follow-up Attendance sheet (with reasons for non-attendance for absentees)
- Maintain an Excel sheet showcasing the 'Player of the Month' for Reward Programme
- Maintain drop out data of beneficiaries and discuss the same with Team Leader after which calls are made to the beneficiary
- Update and maintain the Daily Task list and report the same to the Supervisor
- Submit Daily / Weekly/ Monthly / Quarterly/ Half-yearly / Annual Reports to Supervisors
Qualification and Experience
Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream with good rapport building skills with children & teens in the age group of 12 to 18 years with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred
Competencies
Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving ability, Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
Skills and Knowledge
Any previous relevant work experience working in the Social Development sector in the Education / Health sectors is preferable

Compensation
As per Industry Standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
