Job Overview:
We are hiring a Teacher – Spoken English who will be responsible for leading a team of trainers, monitoring training quality, sharing regular feedback, and ensuring excellent delivery of sessions to learners. This is a leadership role that requires coordination, communication, and mentoring abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of Spoken English Trainers
- Monitor class quality and trainer performance
- Provide feedback, support, and conduct refresher sessions
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Strong coordination and team handling abilities
Experience in feedback sharing and mentoring
Passion for teaching and improving learner outcomes
Familiarity with spoken English curriculum and adult learners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
