About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educator / Teacher to work with students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) or Autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling diverse learning needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Use assistive technology and computer-based learning tools to enhance engagement.
- Maintain student progress reports and collaborate with parents and therapists.
- Promote life skills, social interaction, and confidence among students.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- DSE (ID) or B.Ed. (ID) from a recognized institution.
- RCI registration (or applied for).
- Computer proficiency / MSc IT preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
