We are looking for a Spare Incharge (Male) to manage and coordinate spare parts inventory for our service and maintenance department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible for overseeing stock levels, ordering spare parts, and ensuring timely availability for service operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts using manual records or software systems.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts as per company procedures.
- Issue spare parts to service technicians and departments based on requisitions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle warranty and return processes for defective or excess parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare parts store area.
- Generate daily/weekly stock and usage reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in inventory/store/spares management preferred.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of inventory or store management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with spare parts (automotive, machinery, or appliances) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory software).
- Team player with attention to detail and responsibility.
Salary:
- ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
