We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to prepare daily food for banquets of 200 to 1500 member functions. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic South Indian cuisine, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian rice dishes like biryanis, pulaos, and other traditional rice-based meals, along with dosas, idlis, sambhar, vadas, curries and snacks in the evening. The cook must maintain high standards of hygiene, efficiency, and food quality.
