Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes, including but not limited to Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapams, a variety of curries, chutneys, sambar, and traditional sweets.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and report needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Innovate and suggest new South Indian dishes or variations to enhance our menu.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a reputable restaurant, catering service, or food production company.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various South Indian culinary techniques, spices, and regional specialties.
