- Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, property consultants).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resolve queries or conflicts.
- Train partners on project details, pricing, incentives, and sales processes.
- Drive qualified leads through the channel partner network.
- Follow up with partners to track lead conversions and ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partner-led leads are properly nurtured.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Share feedback with the internal team for improving offerings and strategy.
- Ensure timely disbursement of channel partner incentives and maintain documentation.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, ethics, and branding guidelines.
- Organize channel partner meets, training sessions, and property site visits.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
