- Transcribe dictated or handwritten sonography findings into clear, formatted medical reports
- Ensure accuracy in spelling, terminology, and report structure
- Input reports into Diagnostic information systems (software)
- Edit and proofread reports for grammar, clarity, and completeness
- Coordinate with Doctors to clarify unclear dictations or missing data
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with patient privacy protocols
- Organize and archive completed reports digitally or physically, as required
- Meet daily reporting deadlines to ensure timely patient care
- Support administrative duties such as report printing, patient list management, and file tracking
- Accurate Documentation of Form F
- Digital & Manual Record-Keeping
- Log Book Maintenance
- Support during PCPNDTInspections
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
