Solutions Consultants at Curlec by Razorpay are the linchpin of our enterprise sales team. You will be the technical and strategic partner to our sales team, bridging the gap between customer challenges and Razorpay's innovative payment solutions. This is not a traditional pre-sales role; it's a chance to be a change leader and a revenue catalyst. You'll be the voice of the customer to our product team, the expert in the room with our sales team, and the trusted advisor to some of the largest enterprises.
What You'll Do:
- Solve Big Problems: Work closely with our enterprise sales team to understand customer business goals, challenges, and technical pain points. You'll architect solutions that solve their most complex payment problems, leveraging our core products and custom capabilities. Hence in-depth understanding of all our products is required.
- Craft Strategic Narratives: Create and deliver compelling presentations, detailed solution documents, and business proposals. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level narratives that demonstrate Razorpay's unique value proposition and quantify our business value.
- Drive Revenue: Act as a critical enabler for our enterprise sales pipeline. You'll lead technical discussions, build compelling solution demonstrations, and author detailed RFP responses for major deals. Your expertise and communication will directly influence our revenue attainment goals.
- Be an Industry Expert: Drive the strategic viewpoint of the organization towards specific vertical solutions. You'll use your deep industry knowledge to be a change leader for innovative solutions that solve larger, systemic problems within a particular vertical.
- Connect the Dots: Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end process—from solution design to successful deployment for key deals. You'll be the go-to resource for connecting our technology to real-world business value.
- Champion Knowledge: Contribute to our internal knowledge base and foster a culture of expertise. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring peers and authoring documentation to elevate the entire team.
What We're Looking For:
- Problem Solver: Proven creative problem-solving ability with a track record of leading and delivering full-lifecycle projects. You can demonstrate how to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Payments Expert: At least 2-3 years of experience in the payments or fintech space, with a background in a product, solutions, or sales-related role.
- Technical Practitioner: Hands-on experience with technology is a must. You should be comfortable with APIs, technical definitions, and stitching together solutions across different platforms and partner ecosystems.
- Enterprise Advisor: Demonstrated expertise in providing advisory and guidance on large enterprise deployments and complex applications, with a history of identifying additional business opportunities.
- Influential Communicator: Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. You have a proven ability to create and deliver technical and business-focused presentations and documents that influence others and achieve results.
- Documentation Finesse: Established ability in crafting compelling presentations & solution documents
- Education: An engineering background with an MBA is preferred.
