Key Responsibilities:
- Design and model 3D mechanical components for solar energy systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Develop mechanical structures such as mounting systems, frames, and enclosures for solar panel installations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Create detailed technical drawings, assembly instructions, and part specifications for manufacturing and installation.
- Perform stress analysis and testing of mechanical designs for durability and efficiency in solar installations.
- Ensure designs are optimized for cost-efficiency and easy integration into solar projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D mechanical design.
- Experience designing mechanical components for solar or renewable energy systems.
- Knowledge of solar mounting systems and structural engineering principles.
- Ability to create accurate technical drawings, assemblies, and part lists.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
