Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual soldering of components on PCB (both SMD and through-hole).
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Handle rework, desoldering, and component replacement on assembled PCBs.
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the QA team for functional and visual inspection.
- Ensure timely completion of daily assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electronic soldering, especially in precision jobs.
- Steady hand and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under a microscope for SMD soldering (preferred).
- Knowledge of soldering standards (e.g., IPC guidelines) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCBs.
- Discipline, punctuality, and commitment to high-quality work.
