We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to install, maintain, and repair high-quality solar panel systems for our valued residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Excellence:
- Meticulously install and commission solar panel systems, ensuring precise mounting, secure electrical connections, and seamless integration of monitoring systems.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal system design and feasibility, providing expert recommendations to clients.
- Maintenance & Repair Mastery:
- Proactively perform routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs on existing solar panel systems.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
- Electrical Expertise:
- Perform a wide range of electrical work, including wiring, connections, and rigorous testing, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Quality & Safety Assurance:
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Customer Focus:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, informative education on solar panel system operation and maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, including system performance data and troubleshooting logs.
Qualifications:
- Education: ITI or Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
