Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Solar Professionals to join our team across India. Whether you have experience in solar project execution, sales, installation, design, or maintenance – we have opportunities for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in solar project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and system design (where relevant).
- Engage in business development, client interaction, and sales of solar solutions.
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with teams to drive clean energy adoption.
Who Can Apply:
- Professionals with prior experience in solar (engineering, sales, installation, O&M, project management).
- Freshers or individuals from electrical/mechanical/civil backgrounds interested in solar are also welcome.
- Candidates open to travel or remote collaboration across India.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/ITI in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant solar/renewable energy experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
