Job Description
As a Dot Net Software Development Engineer I, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain software features, either Backend or Frontend, within the Product & Technology Team.
Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will work on moderately complex software components.

What you will do
- Develop and deliver moderately complex features according to specifications.
- Debug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Participate actively in team meetings and processes.
- Serve as the initial on-call responder for software managed by the team.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to feature delivery and fixes.
- Engage in the RFC process and support the onboarding of new junior team members.
- Begin mentoring Level 1 team members and seek support as needed.
Qualifications
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and development.
- Capable of balancing independent work with team collaboration.
- Expertise in basic C# concepts, object-oriented design, and data structures.
- Proficiency in performance topics, LINQ, and .NET technologies.
- Competence in multithreading, memory management, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with WebAPI development, HTTP communication, and database concepts (CRUD, ACID).
- Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD, messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and NoSQL storage (e.g., Redis).
- Familiarity with Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and diagnostic tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
