Job Description:
- Conduct Personality Development sessions on communication, confidence-building, and leadership. Train students in public speaking, body language, and interpersonal skills.
- Organize quizzes, Olympiads, extempore, debates and maintain records.
- Plan and facilitate seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions and student’s club activities.
- Develop life skills like time management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
- Assist students in career exploration and decision-making.
- Coordinate and organize teacher enrichment programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates from ICSE/ IGCSE background will be preferred
- Master /B.Tech/MBA, and experienced.
- Candidates with the knowledge of Power point Presentation & MS excel will be awarded extra weightage
- Ability to effectively navigate and operate digital tools for training and content creation.
- Candidates should have excellent English communication skills.
