Key Responsibilities:

- Apply training learnings in real-time to continuously improve teaching quality.

- Actively participate in community development through education.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹14,500
- Housing Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
- A college degree in any discipline
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to society
- Willingness to relocate to rural areas – flexibility is essential
- Preference will be given to local candidates from Orai and Jalaun
- 90 Days training in Lucknow Gehru training center all the expenses paid by us
- 250 per day stipend you will get.
