Social Media Monitoring & Daily Checks
- Proactively managed daily activity across key social platforms (organic and paid), ensuring timely execution and alignment with campaign goals.
- Monitored live campaigns and post performance, promptly identifying and addressing anomalies or delivery issues.
- Engaged with online communities to maintain brand presence and extract insights from audience behavior.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Conducted content research, developed monthly content calendars, and scheduled posts using automation tools.
- Optimized brand profiles for better visibility, SEO alignment, and engagement.
- Implemented strategies to grow organic reach and follower base through data-driven, consistent posting..
Paid Campaign Setup Support
- Independently set up and managed paid campaigns on Ads Manager, including structuring ad sets, selecting objectives, targeting audiences, and choosing placements.
- Maintained platform hygiene, ensured tracking integrity (UTMs, pixels), and conducted A/B testing to refine creatives and audience segments.
Performance Optimization
- Participate in weekly reviews to identify underperforming areas.
- Implement optimization strategies based on performance data and insights.
Reporting & Documentation
- Created structured weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance reports using native analytics and third-party tools.
