Social Media Operations (Tender & Bill Execution)
Tender Management
- Identifying and monitoring government/corporate tenders related to social media operations, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Preparing and submitting technical & financial proposals as per tender requirements.
- Coordinating with departments/clients for clarification, compliance, and documentation.
- Maintaining records of tender applications, submissions, and status updates.
Operations Execution
- Managing end-to-end social media campaigns as per project/tender scope.
- Content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensuring deliverables are aligned with client expectations and contract terms.
- Coordinating with creative, technical, and client servicing teams.
- Bill & Payment Execution
- Preparing invoices and supporting documents as per tender/project norms.
- Submitting bills to the concerned department for clearance.
- Following up on payment status with finance/client departments.
- Maintaining proper MIS of billing, payments received, and outstanding dues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
